Tonight we are in another plaza. This one is in Santa Ana. Baker is prepping the sketchboard and will be delivering the Joe message. There will be many people present, more than one hundred likely. This morning we made the trip to Santa Ana and went directly to a school. We did two assemblies –one elementary and one high school. Our team took a much needed break today and went to an entertainment place with swimming pool and slides and basketball courts. There were hammocks all over this place filled with some weary ministers. Tonight we are doing our 21st meeting in 5 ministry days. It is a pretty good pace we have been running being up early and ministering late. We are getting some good team time too at the beach or like today at the pool.
Everyone has been fairly healthy. Kristina had a little stomach problem today, but seems well since dinner tonight. Some of our boys have been goofing around and got some bruises and bumps they are nursing but all in all the team is doing well. Our hearts are melting and we saw Seth getting rocked by God last night as he poured out love onto the people. Our team is really starting to break through the layer that prevents needing and caring deeply for one another. Pray for this to continue to happen and to progress. We are so excited that we are where we are and still have a week to do ministry here. We know it will go fast but are confident that God has much left to do both in us and through us. I´m typing this as I upload some pictures from the past several days. Enjoy. You can really see the passion in which our students are ministering in the expressions on their faces.
Pray for David and Monica Proano. They are the missionaries we are working with. They have seen many doors opened this week. For example, the military facilities in and near Manta have welcomed David. This is a great win for his ministry in the future. Also, a friend of Monica´s from their neighborhood came to watch the presentation at a local school. She said she can´t get the image of Christ dying for her out of her mind. Pray for Monica to be able to finish leading her to the Lord.
I have to get back across the street, cuz God is about to rock Santa Ana. Pray. Pray. Pray. We definitely can see the results when you do! Blessings and thanks for joining us on the journey.
Keith for the team.

21…wow that’s a lot! Great work team! And you’re still going strong! That’s INCREDIBLE! I’m glad to hear that no one has gotten too sick yet. I’m sorry to hear that Kristy had some stomach problems today but thrilled that she’s feeling better! From what I’m reading each day, this has been a great adventure for all of you! And you still have another week to do even more and bring even more people into God’s kingdom!
“Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit, He takes away; and every branch that bears fruit, He prunes it, that it may bear more fruit.” John 15:2. I encourage you to go out tomorrow and let Him be in you with everything you do so that He will have more opportunities to prune you. Next time you get a lie, don’t receive it. Remain in His truth and overcome the lie. Remind yourself of the truth every day and see how God will use you. Let Him prune you! Abide in Him! Abide in Him all day long and through this entire journey in Ecuador!
I’m praying for you guys and I love you! Live freely in Him!
Dear Anne & the team,
I am so thankful that you were all able to get some rest today, I have been praying for your energy. I was reading “My Utmost for His Highest” this evening and this was the scripture that I opened to.
John 21:15 “So when they had finished breakfast, Jesus said to Simon Peter, son of John, do you love Me more than these?” He said to Him, “Yes Lord; You know that I love You.” He said to him, “Tend, My lambs.”
Just watching you all pray with the little children at the school I was so touched. They are His lambs, and you all were tending to them as to so many others. I am sure they have seen Jesus in you all.
Love and many continuous prayers,
Peggy
p.s. Miss you Anne – the house is so quiet without you and my car has nowhere to go. love you, mom
Thank you so much for all the incredible updates. It is wonderful to read what God is doing in the hearts of the team and the people of Ecuador. We continue to pray for each of you.
Anna: we miss you and can’t wait to see your smiling face and hear your stories! Finish well!
Much love from Dad, Mom, John and Clay
Rom 11:36
“For from Him and through Him and to Him are all things. To Him be the glory forever! Amen.”
Thank you for all of the updates…how powerful! Every time I pray for guys my heart beats with anticipation for what God is doing in and through each of you. I am praying that you are released from any insecurities that may prevent any of you from accomplishing what God has in store for you and the people you are ministering to. It is a privilege to stand in the gap and intercede on your behalf. God burdens my heart continually throughout each day to pray for each of you…there are no limits to what God can do!
Sweet Libby-Pa is doing well and smiled when I mentioned your name…when I asked him if he was proud of you…he firmly squeezed my hand and shook his head YES! He is touched by your passion and service to your Saviour and commitment to bring hope to those in need-we re proud of you as well. I love you!
Thank you Keith, Mike, Susan, and Cheryl for taking care of the team and posting these wonderful updates.
For the entire team, it is apparent how God has carefully selected each one of you to be in Ecuador at this moment in time. It is uplifting to see the images and see God’s love radiating through each of you. I pray that your strength and endurance will continue, that you will all remain healthy, and that each meeting will be full of the Spirit.
Alex: Dad and I are so proud of you and miss you. Your grandparents are watching each update to the website and marvel at what you and your teammates are doing.
WOW! WONDERFUL!
WORTHY! – “WORTHY IS THE LAMB, WHO WAS SLAIN, TO RECEIVE POWER AND WEALTH AND WISDOM AND STRENGTH AND HONOR AND GLORY AND PRAISE!” Revelation 5:12
Praying for protection, rest, that the Lord will continue to work in and through each of you for His glory, that He will go before you, draw the Ecuadorian people to Him by the power of the Spirit, and add many to the family of God.
Glad to hear Kristy was feeling better after dinner, praying she will continue to feel better and be well. I’m just not sure how to pray about the guys bumps and bruises
Seth, as I read Rhonda Anderson’s note to Libby about Pa, tears rolled down my cheeks and my mind went to thoughts of Papa Hoyt and Grandma Kate. It is so wonderful that we know they are with the Lord and one day we will be with them and our brothers and sisters from Ecuador, “I can only imagine”.
Way to go guys! I am literally sitting here drinking in the sweet success that God is having with you guys. I cannot even tell you guys how proud I am of all of you. Also not sure why this came to mind but I’m sure God has it for your team. Take joy in the persecution that you receive for following Christ. Not only following Him, but radically proclaiming His name. It is pure good and It is hated by evil. —–Love you guys, Jake
I’m listening to the song Love is Here right now and as I was listening to the lyrics, I kept thinking about you guys. “Love is here, love is now. Love is pouring from His hands, from His brows. Love is near, satisfies. Streams of mercy flowing from His side. ‘Cause love is here.” Love is right where you guys are right this minute. If you’re at a school doing a meeting, love is right there! Love is even there when you are sleeping! It’s right there and it will never leave you! His unconditional love is pouring out on you so much this week! Claim it and use it to kick that barking chihuahua out of that football field! Kick it out of the place you are in right now! You have power in the blood! Go out and run full speed with it! I believe in you guys! Love you and praying!
